August 2018 Workshops

How Mature is Your Leadership?

at CoPL, 573 Hay St Perth | Wednesday, 1 August 2018 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Even Steve Jobs had taken this assessment!

  • Understand what drives your inner-core and outer-core leadership behaviours
  • Gain insights on areas of leadership weaknesses and how to improve upon them
  • Understand how to better facilitate your leadership skills within your organisation
  • Uncover your leadership potential

Not many leadership instruments give you an indication of how mature your leadership style is. With other assessments, we may get a personality trait or type but our maturity levels are not identified. This assessment is different!

Using the Mattone Leadership Enneagram Instrument™ (MLEI™)  helps individuals uncover key personality traits that shape who they are and what type of leadership style they employ. The assessment utilises the leadership enneagram that reveals the full range of the individual’s leadership assets and liabilities and provides insights and improvements into the individual’s leadership style.

Dr Goodman will give you an overview of the MLEI and the concept of Intelligent Leadership before debriefing you with your personalised MLEI report. Places are strictly limited.

Having a career management plan helps you manage the direction you want your career to take; the job skills, knowledge and experiences you will need, and how to get them. Don’t leave your career path to chance…get prepared now! I have developed a detailed 9-stage plan to help you have a competitive advantage and feel more confident.
